Inside Sales Manager

Silver Spring, MD

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads, and closing new business.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Present and sell staffing services to new and existing customers via the telephone and email/online
  2. Prospect and contact potential customers
  3. Create sales material to present to customers
  4. Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  5. Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close; reach or exceed sales quotas.
  6. Track activity, prepare and maintain records of sales leads and account status.
  7. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  8. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
  9. Coordinate with outside sales staff
  • Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, Inside business-to-business sales experience preferred
  2. Staffing experience Preferred
  3. Deadline and detail-oriented
  4. High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  6. Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM
